I just bought myself a little corner shelf to consolidate and add storage while also giving a little more modern decorative look...this lamp made it a finishing touch. I needed a clock and a little night light for my newborn daughter that shares a room with my wife and I. The wireless charging is plus and the adjusting 3-tone brightness lighting feature works very well. I recommend this product.I like the touch lamp capability and the ability to decrease the clock display brightness especially at night.I first ordered this without the alarm clock since the light of the clock is bothersome for me. I liked the tiny footprint and light so much that I ordered another with alarm clock to replace the alarm and touch lamp my husband uses. They take up a lot less space and are much brighter then the previous lamps. I now wish I had ordered one with a clock for myself as the light for it can be dimmed. I like the function of the natural wake up with light coming on first with different levels of brightness. The phone charging function works well too.This clock definitely cleaned up my night stand but the buttons to set everything are underneath the clock. There are only four buttons labelled “s” “m” and up and down arrows. I finally fiddled with it enough to get the time and alarm time set but when I turn alarm to “on” it still never goes off. Didn’t come with a user manual and I wasn’t able to find one online nor did the seller provide one when asked. Biggest downfall is it’s not clear how to actually operate the clock part of it.The lamp and charger work fine however the product was delivered with a malfuction internally the actual alarm portion does not work. It came with a lithium battery and I thought perhaps that was dead so I changed it to no avail. When I called support they told me if its not the battery something is broken internally and I can return it. Thankfully I used a giftcard from Christmas to pay for half of this item. I would not recommend.I’ve tried many charging pads where yahoos on YouTube said this pad absolutely works with your OtterBox only to get it and see it does not or barely it’s the charging work but this clock actually works quite well with my bulky OtterBox caseIt is very difficult to set the alarm and to reset the clock. Clock will not display without fiddling with the switches.They have tried to be clever in the design which produced far too much trouble in usage.Light and wireless recharging is OK but not that great for the price.I couldnot use it because the product i received has american adapter but it was sold in australia.. not happy ... doesnt make sense.
