Update: customer service sent us an entirely new lamp with no problem. I hoping the previous issue was due to damage and won't reoccur. Feels well-made and looks great.Had for a little over three months and the top fixture is broken (alternating between flickering, strobing, and off entirely). It’s not the bulb.
