Very thin and hard seat! Manufacturer defects of loose or pleated fabric. Will go in several positions but difficult to adjust because the knobs and levers have resistance. No instructions came with the chair to adjust it either. I had an earlier model that was twice as thick for the seating and much higher quality that I could sit in all day. I had sever sciatic pain for days after trying this chair for one day. The Sttekcase name just isn't what it use to be. The seller was good and let me return it but it is a fully assembled chair and very hard to get to a UPS store and I couldn't arrange for pick up. It is 79 pounds when packed per UPS!!! I hurt myself dealing with this.I paid $160 for a Beauty rest chair at Staples and it may not have the arms that move all over the place but I'm not hurting like I was with this chair. I'll just get some arm roll pillows for $20 and save myself the extra $1000.
